Ordering Information

How to order: You can easily order directly and securely through this web site by using our e-commerce system.

How to pay: You can use a credit card or personal/business checks to make your purchases. If you have an Amazon.com account, you can "Pay with Amazon" using your credit card on file with Amazon.com. No need to reenter anything on this website.

When is my card charged: Your credit card is authorized during the final checkout stage, but the sale is not completed until it has been determined that the goods are in stock and ready for shipment.

APO/FOP Orders: All APO orders are of course welcome, but you must choose US Mail as your mode of shipping.

International orders: We welcome international orders from select countries. The eligible countries are displayed during checkout, and if your country does not show up on the list, we cannot accept your order. There is no free shipping on international orders. Duties/taxes/customs are the responsibility of the customer. All credit cards will be verified for authenticity prior to shipping.

Sales tax: Sales Tax (8.00%) is added only to orders from California. Sales tax information will be displayed on your online order form at final checkout.

Privacy Policy

Once you have placed an online order, we will use your information for ONE PURPOSE ONLY - to process your order. We will NOT bother you again unless you ask us to - guaranteed. We will not mail you anything, email you, call you or visit you. Your privacy is important to us and we guard it as tightly as you would.

But we seem to ask for some information. Why do we?

Name: So we know who to ship to. Somewhat important.

Address: So we know where the order should end up. Very important.

Email address: So you can receive an order confirmation when you place the order and so we can update you with a tracking number when the order ships. If you don't want either, just make up a fake email address.

Phone number: We frankly don't need it, but FedEx and UPS require it when we process a shipment through them. They like to call you in case they get lost, in case a little poodle is blocking their way or if they will be late for some reason. If you don't need them calling you, just enter the phone number of a local pizza place or your neighbor.
